COVID-19 precautions
Throughout the coronavirus outbreak, many have been motivated to improve their home security as they spend more time inside. However, COVID-19 does mean we must adapt our installation process to keep both our customers and engineers safe. Here’s what you need to know:
Our engineers can’t enter your home or site if anyone there is: at-risk, self-isolating, or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
If anyone in your household is showing COVID-19 symptoms - either on or before installation day - please cancel and rearrange your appointment
All our engineers are supplied with, and required to wear, adequate PPE
Customers and engineers should remain 2 metres apart at all times
