Like all ADT products, this smart alarm panel is protected by bank-level encryption. Unencrypted systems – especially DIY security devices that connect to your home’s Wi-Fi network – act as a vulnerable access point for criminals to steal passwords, see personal information, and even disable your system altogether. 

Unset alarm alerts

Get peace of mind knowing that your loved ones have arrived safely, or the cleaner entered your home successfully while you were away. The smart hub can notify you immediately when your alarm is disarmed, capturing a photo of whoever entered the code, then sending it straight to your smart device.

Bluetooth disarm

Got your hands full, forgotten your code, or kids keep forgetting to disarm the alarm? Your ADT Smart Home Hub can disarm your alarm when it detects a recognised smart device is in range. You can add up to 5 individually authenticated smart devices to your alarm panel, with specialist encryption to ensure security during detection. 

Smart photo frame

Upload your favourite images and disguise your ADT Smart Home Hub as a smart photo frame. Our bank-level encryption means you can transfer your pictures safely, keeping your special memories safe. Whether it’s positioned on your desk, fireplace or wall, it keeps you safe, whilst blending in with your home’s interior decor. 

Given that you’ll be using your alarm panel to set and unset your home security system, we’d recommend placing the main alarm panel near your front door. But for added flexibility you can also pair up to three remotes to the main alarm panel. These act as secondary panels but are more compact and can be placed throughout the home, giving you the freedom to control your system in any room.

Supports two-way audio

Know who’s at your front door in an instant. Two-way audio gives you the freedom to see and speak with any couriers, guests, and intruders at your door, directly via the ADT Smart Hub’s dedicated panel. Access live camera footage from your ADT Wi-Fi cameras in real-time and get full-coverage security of your home. When your alarm is activated, the IQ Panel automatically records up to four minutes of video footage, keeping you protected at all times.
