Some recent reports have indicated that “bogus ADT sellers” have been operating in certain areas of the country, door knocking and causing householders some concern.

ADT direct sales teams and representatives must adhere to ADT company policies and best practice at all times, they are security vetted, wear high visibility vest and carry ID cards as proof of their status. Our sales representatives undergo internal training to ensure that our policies and procedures are followed.

We take all comments and complaints very seriously, we investigate every report of suspicious behaviour and, if necessary, take appropriate actions.
